I'm trying to explore the Plains and I ran out of treats to try and catch the wild horses. It seems the only option I have to try and catch them is to pat them, which always fails. I checked the General Store and it doesn't seem to have any that I can find?
Hi :) You can't buy treats from the general store but you can sometimes find them in market trades. They can be pretty pricey though. You can also find them exploring or while using the site.
For what it's worth, you can catch horses with just pets but it can definitely be tricky! The post below this one has some tips that might help. Keep trying, you'll catch one sooner or later!
You have to find them in explore, or buy them from other players in either the marketplace or general sales board. You *might* find some in the scrapyard

I don't know how to find players shops. I've been on here less then a week.
As I said, you can find player shops in the general sales store board. Thats the forums. People post what they have for sale there.
