What does rainbow tonic do?

I got a rainbow tonic but what does it do to your horse?
It's supposed to put flames on your horse's back, but currently I'm not sure if it works for all breeds? Seems like it breaks the image for some and works for others?
Yah it broke mine I had a chinco foal I used it on and now I can only see it image sometimes idk what to do I might contact HoFa to get it fixed...
the one that puts flames on your horse is the spicy tonic, normal tonics are supposed to put a glowing outline around the horse

Oof, forgottenland is right - that's my bad. I forgot there are two different kinds.
@Kail - just remove it using your equipper and your image will be restored, you'll just lose the use of the tonic.
