How to make club?

Trying to make a club but how do I make one?
Market--> General Store--> Special. You need a Club Key, which costs 500 Ingots, to be able to make a Club
You also need to make sure that your idea/breed isn't taken by someone else.

You dont need to want to make a breed to open a club. You can make a club about whatever you want
