Not Enough Acres?

Hi everyone,
I want to build some of the career centers and it says I need to buy 25 acres of land. I bought the equestrian barn. It shows that it has been bought but when I go to the builder it says that I need more acres. Do I also need to buy the small estate?
Yes, you need the small estate to put the barn down.

Well the equestrian barn adds 25 acres, so if they need 25 for the career center, they should have it now. Looks like your stall block is taking 9 acres though, so you only have 16 available, so yes, small estate would be next. I recommend working on the horses you have now and building up some good wealth and a good income stream before worrying about expanding more acres as it gets costly.
