I know this is a dumb question, but What is Tb? (It says in one of my crossbreed campaigns my horse needs at least 5 TB)

Training boost.
As gvmc said, it stands for Training Boost. The TB is determined by the foal's parents levels. To calculate TB you add the levels of both parents together and then divide by 10.
Example: Stallion Level 52 + Mare Level 66 = 118 ÷ 10 = 11 TB Foal.
Training boost is very important for increasing PS quickly! A 200PS foal with a 20TB is arguably much more valuable than a 1,000PS foal with 3TB.
