How Do You Submit a Horse to a Generation in a Breed Campaign?

I've been trying to figure this out for like a week now. Everytime I go to submit one of my horses to the first generation it just gives me a blank or clear bubble. At first I thought it was that the horse had to meet the right standards, but I have horses that meet the right standards and it just still isn't showing. Note that my crossbreeeds are all in their dedicated campaigns and what not. I'm severely confused :,)
So if you are trying to submit a horse to a generation and it doesnt pop up, that means it doesnt meet the requirements for that generation, or if its a foal, it hasnt finished training yet. Foals have to finish training to get their finaly TB total
it may be good to link some of the horses you're having trouble with, otherwise we can't really see what the issue could be.

I think I figured out what was going on with my Zacatecano horses. Apparently they've only been applied and not approved for the campaign so I can't submit them but thank you!

This horse specifically was one of the ones I was confused on. She meets all the requirements with 4 stars, 1213 PS, and 5 TB. The problem is she and all my other Zacatecano Draft horses are stuck as "applied" for their breed campaign. I'm assuming that's the problem with her and my other ones in that tab unless there would be some other problem with her that could cause it.

I found the club and it seems the president has been inactive for a month. Unfortunately that means you have to ping a Mod on discord to have them accepted into the club for you or maybe you could DM a mod on here if you do not have discord.
