Skewed?

So I'm pretty new and went on a mass foundation spree to start a herd. 2 of them came back "skewed" which looks a lot like brindle IRL. Did a test and nothing pops up for it. Is it rare or/and hereditary? Or just like a sonic mutation

skewed is a variation of dun or roan, any horse with dun or roan can turn out skewed but it's a very small chance of happening. as with any marking variation, it can be passed down but the foal will often just be regular roan/dun.

To add on to the above comment, you can get skewed from two non skewed parents as well. It's totally random, and from my experience very hard to breed because breeding two skewed horses doesn't guarantee a skewed foal.

Yup! Skewed is a totally random coat color and usually appears on duns and roans. It's normal! :)
