Helix doesn't want my black rose?

Hi! I got that quest from Helix:
"Find a Black Rose in explore and bring it back to Helix"
And I have unused black rose in my inventory but when i'm attempting to complete the quest there's this "You don't have what's requested." message.
Is that some kind of bug or something...?
The problem is in the objective, lol. You have to actually EXPLORE on hoofbeat plains and find another black rose, otherwise the game won't recognize that you have a rose.

if the quest says "find" you need to explore and find it then bring it back
if the quest says "collect" you just need to have it in your inventory and turn it in
if it says "craft" you have to craft the item first before turning it in
