Yes, unfortunately that wouldn't work within the realms of what's already there. I like the idea, though! Check out Rival Stars Horse Racing if you haven't already - they've got interactive racing with incredible graphics. The Sims 3: Pets has an option to watch the competition live. Not interactive but you can see what place they're coming in and how well they're doing. There's probably a few other games out there that are doing similar things.

You can check out Equestrian The Game on mobile if you're looking for a game to ride all your horses 🐎 

Star Stable Online and Star Equestrian are also great great games, both of which are extremely interactive and they have AMAZING graphics/animations. They both include riding your horse almost constantly 😆 and riding in shows/jumping competitions/races. Star Stable does require payment after level 5 but is otherwise a great game!

Horse Isle 3 is my go to for all things competitive, breed, and cross breeding. Its probably my most expensive game thus far. 🤣

Though I would love to see a more 2D version of ourselves riding a base model of our horses breed while walking the fields.

I would wholly not recommend playing Equestrian the Game nor Horse Isle 3. Granted I play all 3 for nostalgia's sake, nonetheless the devs there are heavily problematic and just not worth supporting them.

Try Ranch of Rivershine or Horse Tales: Emerald Valley. Both of those have the more interactive 3d expierence you're looking for. You can ride, breed, and compete your horses. ^^
