I have one horse who is at 496 PS and is still saying Foundation Tier 1.Shouldn't he be at local now. Do the levels move up automatically or is there  something that has to be done manually.

Horses do move up the show levels automatically - but their level depends only on the specific stats used for the show, not overall stats.

I took a look at your horses, and if the one you're wondering about is Silver Shadow, the level should be correct.

Show Jumping (its current primary discipline) uses Speed, Agility, and Power, which for that horse are 42, 223, and 62, adding up to 327. Anything below 330 is Foundation Tier 1.

(It would be Local in Endurance (End/Agi/Pow), Hurdle Racing (End/Speed/Agi), Trail (Int/End/Agi), or Vaulting (Flex/End/Agi) - at least, if my current calculator is still correct)

...Because, apparently, heaven forbid I do anything that's not complicated.

Thank you.I didn't realise it wasn't calculated from the whole stats.
