how to delete account?

I want to delete my account to start over as I know the limit is 3 per player, this one ust feels old and rusty now. Any idead on how to do it? I'e checked the profile tab but can only see update/freeze options. Thanks in advance :)
So ALOT of people have been makeing the same post, i'm sorry to say, that mabye you can talk to staff, but you ca't really delete a account, you can sell all your horses, which will make you money to start over.
