Why can’t I enter my horse in a show.

I have a 7 year old universal tier one level dressage Morgan horse. Why won't it let me enter her in any shows?

Is the checkbox for dicipline filled?
Yes she is a universal level dressage

I was gonna say it looked like her level was mostly gained from Halters; it is possible her prior owner simply had the checkbox for Halters ticked on and the others were ticked off. Long as Discipline box is ticked, you are able to enter them into shows.
