ISO Thoroughbred Stallions, Broodmares

Hi all!
I'm looking into breeding Iberian Warmbloods for Dressage purposes, and potentially a TB stallion on retainer for a dapple bay 5* Clydestale mare I currently have frozen.
Criteria
- Base colors - bay, black, chestnut, are all ideal. Grey is a perfectly fine modifier. I don't personally want to breed too many dilutes into my lines. (Dapple is a big bonus)
- Level 50+
- Ideally looking for 800+PS but I know that can be a tall ask. If at least 2/3 dressage-based skills are good, I'm willing.
- 4* or Higher
I have a healthy budget for the right horses. Looking for about five horses total; can also trade breedings, sell horses, etc. Ingots are not an option for me unfortunately.

Are you looking to buy them or just breed with them?
Just breed! I want to be able to have enough horses that I won't risk breeding Iberian sisters and brothers with the same sire/dam, so I figure for a very small project operation four-five different horses for breeding options would be a safe number.
I have a lot of higher level, high PS plain TBs although none are dressage horses
