Setting to permanently order horses by age

Hi all, I could have sworn there was a button in settings somewhere that allowed us to order horses a certain way and it would permanently display that way. I want my horses to order decending by age. Right now they are decending by ID number, so if I freeze some horses, their ages are all scattered.
Does anyone know if this button still exists and where to find it?
(yes I know that I click the "age" filter on the tab, but this is not permanent and I have to click it each time the page refreshes)
I *think* I know what you are getting at but it was always my understanding that horses always go by ID when using the arrows.
I feel like that used to be a thing but I can't find it. I thought it only sorted by like name or ID tho so it wasn't super useful. it might've been a thing before we switched to this layout. i feel like a lot of good sorting features got lost when the layout changed.
i really would like something like that, the tab filters don't even work for me half the time

Yeah we used to be able to set our tab order preference but it got removed when we move to Hofa. Not sure why. It used to be able to pick to only cycle for horses with energy, or from tab, or by age, etc. It had various selections so it'd be nice to have those options back again.
