About Mushrooms and Manchados

I don't really get it. Is mushroom a coloring? A pattern? I can't find any clear examples of what a mushroom horse/pony even looks like.
And how do you breed to get mushrooms as well as manchados? What would I need to do that?

They are both colors. You have to breed them.
Manchado is mama gene with Mama as carriers
Mushroom genes are MuMu and Mumu as carriers
