How to add a boarding slot on my estate

I don't actually have to have an upgraded account to be able to get a 2nd slot in my own estate for boarding right??? I could understand that for maybe the 10th slot but the 2nd? Please tell me i'm misunderstanding
To be able to board at home, you'll need to expand your estate. So you'll probably need to purchase more land expansions and then from there you can purchase more stall blocks. That stuff can be found under Market > Construction.
Boarding Center is only for other players to board at and is only availalbe once you upgrade. You can't board your own horses in your boarding stalls/center.
