What is "auto gene testing" (gold account) and where can I do that?

I noticed it listed as an upgrade perk, but I haven't been able to find anything else about it.
There will be a checkbox when buying a new foundation or breeding that says 'auto-gene test'. If you click it before creating/breeding, the horse/foal will be generated with their genes shown. It is something like $150-250 per time.
It just helps to avoid the secondary step of going to the vet and clicking to have every horse gene tested.
