Marwari has to wait til level 25 to breed? Why?

I'm confused because it seams only my Marwari horses have to wait a super long time to breed, til level 25? What's up with that?
Also can you only select a horse to be a Model horse if it has never had two other specialties before? I want to make my Marwaris all models to level them faster but it seams stuck once it's not on Model at first, is that supposed to happen?

I'm not sure on the second question, but the first is because they're a "rare" breed. Tekes have the same restriction.

I'm not entirely sure about your second question, but you should be able to select Career as a Working Path. So, make sure that Career box is checked, the other three boxes are not and under the Career, chose Model horse and make sure to save it.
I've seen people use horses in, strictly, only Careers, Exploration and even Halters, so you should be able to do the same with Marwaris, with or without the need for any speciality/discipline.
i get a glitch where if a horse currently has a 2nd discipline or a career set then im unable to switch to the other. if that's what is happening to you, try to first set the 2nd discipline to "none", save the horse's settings, then refresh the page. i can usually set the career afterwards.
