An Npc that you can sell stuff to

If you know a game called "wild horse island" on roblox, you know how there's an npc you can sell to. I would love something similar, I've seen other games have an Npc obsessed with shiny stuff, one obsessed with horses no matter what one. I feel it should depend on age, level, ps, and how many colors of the horse it has. Something like this would be so helpful. Last month, there use to be an average of 40+ people in game, now only 15-20. Nobody is buying horses anymore and we need to have something to sell them. Otherwise, people are gonna be super annoyed trying to sell horses, cause if your like me, I don't buy from other people.

@StillOakFarms I agree, but how would it affect game economy? I don't get it. I know 100+ games and I don't know a single one with "bad game economy". Explain what would happen. Honestly, I say we should be able to send horses into the wild- like how Lorwolf does it. I don't even care if it gives money or not for it.
