How do I restore my 'player energy'?

For example when I go with my horse to the hoofbeat plans she is not able to pick anythig up? Is that because I trained her and she has no energy but I do?
How do I restore that to also go through the Dark Mines ahain?

It regenerates over time. I cant remember the exact rate at the moment but it doesnt take all that long
There it is. 5% energy every 5 minutes. The wiki has a lot of answers for you

Getting treats is, mostly, I think set in Hoofbeat Plains and it is rng chance. I think I have found some items while browsing the website ((i.e whistles. Lassos)) but I cannot recall for other horse treat items.
Outside of that, you can look under Market --> Market Trades to see if anyone is selling stuff there.
I am NOT sure if there may be any items in the Scrapyard but that is also rng chance to stumble upon.
Currently the above is the only way(s) to get horse treat items.
it's really rare but treats still show up while browsing around the site, i found one just yesterday ^^
