Question mark and box over horse image

Hi! I recently caught a wild chincoteague foal, and theres a little transparent box and blue question mark over his image. Does this mean that one of the art layers isn't properly loaded or something?
Can you provide a link to the horse? Usually if a refresh on the page doesn't clear it and it's not a grade horse then yes, it's a broken or missing layer.

Yes that is a broken image layer. Does he have a halter or anything equipped to him? If not maybe it is the tobiano layer. You can make a bug report for it so they can get to it when they can
He doesn't have tack or anything on, so yeah must be his tobiano layer. I'll make a report for it, thank you all so much for your help!
My foal has the same broken image but i think his is for the tiger eye layer. Where do you make a bug report?
