Chincoteague Coin Use

Hi! I recently bought a Chincoteague coin and am wondering how they can be used. I assumed they would be used in the design lab however that is not working for me. I have also went into my storage and clicked 'use' on the coin itself however nothing seems to be hapening. Thanks! :)

The two times I've used them, clicking "use" from storage works. If I remember correctly you click it once and then will get another option (such as "use" or "discard")
