If I am not mistaken, only Akhal Tekes, Marwaris and Chincoteagues are considered rare breeds and they can only have 5 foals on the ground and they have to reach level 25 before being able to breed. Lately, I have seen folks selling Marwaris and mentioning in horse's name how many breedings they have left. Otherwise you have to go in and see if there is any breed slots left from how many foals they may have already. Outside of that? I do not believe the other breeds have any limits set in place and can breed up until they retire, give or take
