Issue with Upgrade

Hoping someone can help... I upgraded my account to Gold a few days ago and have yet to see my ingot allowance. I'm also still stuck at 6 shows. I reached out to support via email and have not heard back. Am I missing something? Any help or advice is appreciated.

Hello! Ingot allowances are only given out on Sundays weekly. If you upgraded on or after Sunday, that's why you didn't get the allowance.
As for the shows, you have to purchase the additional show rings for bits to increase your allowed weekly shows. It's not an automatic upgrade. Upgraded unlocks the show rings for purchase. You can purchase them under Market > Construction
