regestering crossbred horses?

I'm unsure if this is a bug or not, but I can't find anywhere to register my crossbreds? I looked at Wiki and searched all over the site. Am I glancing over it, or does it not exist in game? I can board them but I am unable to do anything else.
Plain crossbreeds can be registered in any club that accepts crossbreeds. However, this only gives them their star rank and doesn't provide any other benefits. You can't halter show them unless they qualify for an already existing campaign.
What I would suggest is that you set them to be Model Horses and then enter them into careers via the Career Center. If they're not listed in the Career center though it's possible they need their personality tested and that is done at the vet.
