Where can I find horse ID#s?

I see the IDs come up on the breed dropdowns but I can't find them anywhere else. I looked on the horse page and in the edit horse screen.
I might just not be seeing it, but I am also playing on a phone so could that be the problem?
I'm just a little confused about it.
When on the horses page the ID appears in the link in the web address bar.

That 1516909 is the ID
