i never said anything innapropriate, but i can nolt shout?
Are you getting an error message? Are you going to the right place? Do you have money on hand to pay for the shout?
im doing everything right, yes and yes and no it just wont show up for me
When I checked your account you don't have any money at all. Shouts cost $100 to post and you need to have it on hand and not in the bank I believe.
