Hello, so I thought the halter shows new runtimes with the amount of horses entered extended to campaign shows. Sadly, they do not so my suggestion would be, if it were possible, to extend the "halter shows run every backup so long as there's one entry" to campaigns too. It'd make life somewhat easier for the smaller campaigns. For example I've had to freeze a few of my campaign mates so I could level up my one and only stallion but it's slow going because there's no entrants beyond him.
