ISO: Crossbreed campaign banner

Hey guys; I'm wondering how much it would be to have someone design a crossbreed campaign banner for my Cobians (Irish cob x friesian) campaign. I'm looking for preferably bits as a payment system, but I also have some leftover winter items I'm not using like truffles, etc.

I have 182k currently in bits and I have a few truffles and mistletoes etc I can mix in since I don't really use them anymore. I do have a concept art that I can send you if you agree to use since Cobians are absolute gremlins in proportions XD like a badly drawn horse by someone who doesn't understand that lol
