how do i put my horse up for auction?

i have not done a ton of research so sorry if this is a dumb question, i cant figure out how to auction my horse verses just selling it on public sales....
Head to the marketplace. Look for "Auctions ending soon" and click it. Then the green +Auction button on the right.
