Color Mix Up?

So i have a question if i have to report it as a bug i will but im just wondering is this a mix up on coloration because its labeled as White but he has a colored patch on his shoulder? **Horse Below**

i don't think that's a bug it is pretty normal to see but you can ask around for example maybe message Curly.
