since I didn't see this in the wiki

if I breed a confirmed flaxen carrier to another confirmed carrier, what is the percentage chance of the foal showing flaxen?

So if each parent is a flaxen carrier (Ff) they will each pass on one copy of either F or f. Using a punnet square to show the 4 possible combinations we get this:

  F f
F FF Ff
f Ff ff

The percentage chance for the foal is then:

25% ff - flaxen shown

50% Ff - only carries flaxen

25%  FF - no flaxen genes

I forgot to mention flaxen only shows on chestnut based coats (ee), if the foal has a black base (Ee or EE) then flaxen is carried even when homozygous.

Unfortunately, that's a lot of information to put in the wiki. There are thousands of possible color combinations.

However, for future reference, there is the foal predictor in the lab which shows you possible combinations from a breeding. It does cost 5 ingots though, I wish it were bits as it may be utilized more especially for newer players.

There are also color generators online you can plug the mare and stallions genes into and get combinations that way.
