maybe register your horses into other clubs that only focus on that breed also make sure to read the club guidlines before joining

The only thing I can think of right now is that if your horses aren't boarded, then they won't show up for the registries or clubs?

Or, did you purchase those horses? If you're already a member of a club and you purchase a horse who is already registered in the club, then they'll stay registered and you don't have to re-enter them.
