Rosette Decor for Universal/Platinum Grand Supreme

What the title says! Have a feature where if you own a horse when it rolls over to Universal/PGS, you get a little rosette decor to equip! One that sits by the ear over halters/bridles so it can go with tack.
Or maybe just purchasable colored rosetttes in the store that you could equip, but I think being able to earn them would be cute!
Going into the future, we could someday have special halter shows you enter from the registry page, maybe something that runs weekly or monthly, that awards a sash/rosette decor! Make it where a horse could only win once so one person doesn't collect all of them, if that's doable. Have just one big one for horses at PGS or one for each star level at PGS

I really like this idea! A special item that can only be equipped to horses that achieve certain levels in showing, too? Maybe ribbons or trophies that can equip/be displayed around them? Gives a sense of pride when your pixel ponies achieve something. ^^ Support!
