Morgan registry help

I'm not sure if it's my phone or what but how do I join the Morgan registry? I clicked the link, but the join button doesn't appear to be working?? Can anyone help??
Have you tried turning your phone so that' it's landscape mode? Or the other option would be try changing your mobile web browser to "view desktop site".
