Where is the wild, where i can find the mustangs?

I have found them around, but i cant seem to catch them... i can only pet them.
You can purchase Mustangs from other players, or from the foundation store!
As for wild horses, you'll come across them randomly as you play HoFa, and - someone correct me if I'm wrong - they react randomly to food, petting, ropes, and whistles to catch them.
@Reddrookk - The devs have confirmed that there is a method to how they react to things so it's not completely random. I just don't think anyone's been able to figure it out yet.
