I can't do any quests?

Sorry, It might just be me and not the game but I can't do any of the quests. Whenever I go to the place it tells me to go, it just says "A note says, '[INSERT HERE]'". Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

If you have finished the quest line that is currently in place, that's why you can't! Currently you can only go to Level 5 (and some change, it'll be close to level 6.) Once you reach this point there's no more quest actions so all will give you a note saying they're away in some fashion. Quests are on the list to be added as this is a part that is to be expanded on then!
