So I've been having this issue where in order to log into my accounts I need to reset my password EVRY TIME. Apparently the system?server? doesn't know my credentionals(user info)? is this something on my end, or do I need an admin's help to fix this? I've cleared my cache and logins and browser histories/cookies already in an attempt to fix but no luck.
Are you using your LOG IN username, PLAYERNAME, or EMAIL?
You should be using your LOG IN information, which should differ from your player/email - if you put your playername or email in the login area this is likely why. If you cannot remember what you made your log in, feel free to email [email protected]
Doing so you can have your log in creditionals given to you and then can keep the info somewhere safe so this doesn't occur. Pretty much every single time this happens, players are putting the wrong info into the area and it's just player error!
