Freeze option; you can use it to Freeze tabs of your horses if you have more than one but wish to focus on one tab of horses over the other. For example, I have about 6 tabs, I can choose one of them and freeze them and unfreeze it down the line; freezing the tab would not allow the game to age the horses in that tab or require any care. Your other tab(s) would still rollover and your horses would still age and would still require care.

The other option is you can Freeze your whole account until further notice, your whole gameplay is on "pause" if you will and none of your horses will age at all and your game will be just the way it is when you left it whenever you come back to it.
