Suggestion: add another show entry button

Hi

I would love maybe more players that would too be added and a top entry button for the show it's very annoying when to let's say in dressage, especially foundation ones u need to scroll a lot to the bottom only just click entry button so why not add and top one too??

Basically make a Enter button at the top and bottom of the list of shows, so that you don't have to scroll allllll the way down the page to the bottom to hit "Enter Show"
