Daily Prompts (Updated Between 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM EST/game time)
Day 1 - The color that inspires you the most.
Day 2 - A photo of a color that reminds you of childhood.
Day 3 - Day 3 - The color orange.
Day 4 - A vibrantly colored flower or object.
Day 5 - A dark color in a bright space.
Day 6 - Your favorite color.
Day 7 - A color that makes you feel happy.
This first entry was easy for me, I just had to take a picture of my own room!
I've covered my entire room in shades of purple, including my bedspread and curtains!
Purple is such a beautiful colour to me. It reminds me of the Iris flowers my mother grew in the garden when I was a child, always the herald of Spring.
It just makes me happy to be surrounded by it!
The color red is one of my favorite colors. Specifically this color in the photo I took of the flowers my boyfriend sent me as a gift for my job shadowing going well. The flowers in this photo are Alstroemeria. I didn't have a favorite flower until I saw these in the flowers my love sent.
The Color Pink!
Pink is porbably my favorite color, specifically this soft/pastel color. I took this photograph today of the Cherry Blossom tree in our front yard. I absolutely love pink because it was the first color I was exposed to after I was adopted. My parents suprised me showing me my room (I always shared rooms beforehand) and the walls were a beautiful shade of pink! I've loved the color ever since!

I picked blue because blue skies inspire me to get out and spend time in the countryside around my city. I took this photo on a day hike as part of the Slow Ways project, which aims to help Brits take advantage of local walking trails they might not realise are there!
I think it's a very calming, comforting color. Because it's the color of the ocean and the sky, I love to have a walk near the ocean and snap some pictures.
I chose orange, because I feel so calm and at ease watching the sunrises and sunsets at our beautiful PNW home. This photo is one of my Cardigan Welsh Corgi puppies, a beautiful boy, now called Taco, with tan (orange) points, running through our yard at sunrise. All of these photos had a stunning orange tint to them, but this one makes me smile so much. I think it perfectly captures how the color orange makes me feel.
Purple is my favorite ! There's just something about literally every single shade of it that brings joy to me, and any time I see purple it's usually a unique thing. Flowers, gems, you name it, if it's purple it's probably...definitely...not something boring.
Day 2 has been posted with 1 hour left to post for day 1!
I chose green for my childhood. Growing up, my father was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. I think I trekked miles in an infant backpack long before I could ever walk or talk. The woods became my second home. To this day, I love hiking and being in nature, so much so that I studied wildland management in college. No matter where I go, the forest and mountains always call me home.
Day 2:
This is a photo I took of a little change purse. My mom gave this to me as one of the many gifts on my first birthday after being adopted. I was 5 years old.
Since then I've had a fascination for antique things if you will, and whenever I see the color purple, it reminds me of this little change purse :)
