Feed/Care for other's horses

Finding a horse up for public stud or brood that is hungry prevents you from being able to breed your horse. I would be open to paying the fee to feed the horse in order to proceed with the breeding.

Edit: Sometimes people are gone for a few days or longer and this would allow someone to manage their breeding program without waiting to see if the person who owns the other horse to return etc.

While I understand the frustration, I would be hesitant to give players a way to tamper with another's horses. Perhaps paying an extra fee to be able to breed to a hungry horse is doable, but I would not want it to actually change the status of the horse in any way for the owner. For example, when it comes to grooming, some players strategically do not groom their horses in order to get a larger window for breed stat variation in foals. Thus, I would not support letting another player interfere with my horses.

Then maybe the player(with the stud/brood) can have the option or command to allow or to not allow actions. like an action that blocks those from grooming the horse but can still feed and any other variety.
I fully support this. I think there are certain applications that must be done tho.
