Sent email to support for account retrieval

I sent an email to support concerning an account retrieval. I currently have 2 accounts,this one and Silverdragon83. I found another account whilst searching for players that is most definitely mine. I remember I had it a couple of years ago and forgot about it. There was also an account that I had with that old one but I can't seem to find any trace of it so maybe it was deleted,I can't remember. Problem is I don't know the password or email for that old account. I sent the email four days ago,I know it can take a while for it to get answered though. I really want this account back but if I can't I don't want to create a new one and get all the accounts banned.

Support should be able to check regarding the old account, if it still exists and try to help you verify if its yours. I would just send them the username or link to the account and try to provide as much information as you can remember. And It's also quite possible the other one got deleted. I think about a year ago any accounts that hadn't been active for over a year or older were deleted.

Yes, I have sent an email to support seven days ago,haven't heard anything back from them yet. They are probably banked up on help requests though. I have given them everything I can remember, as well as the name of the account and the name of the accounts I currently have.
